If an air fryer is on your list, buy it when the price is right. If it's a stand mixer or multicooker, wait.

Instant Pot Duo Plus 6 qt (#1, Best Electric Pressure Cookers): $60. Amazon sold it for $59.99 last Black Friday, down from $139.99, per Bob Vila's Glenda Taylor. The basic Duo 7-in-1 (#7) was $69.99. At $60, the Duo Plus is the better buy: two extra programs, including sterilize, for less money.
KitchenAid Artisan 5 qt (#1, Best Stand Mixers): $350. Same source, same day: $349.95 at Amazon, from $499.99. October's Prime Big Deal Days only reached "up to 24%" off KitchenAid stand mixers, according to NBC Select. That's another reason to hold out for November.
Vitamix E310 Explorian (#1, Best Blenders): $255. Amazon had it at $254.99 the day after Cyber Monday 2025, down from $380, per Slickdeals. Last year's best Vitamix price came after the holiday weekend, so don't give up when Cyber Monday ends.
Staub 5.5 qt Round Cocotte (#2, Best Dutch Ovens): about $200. It sold for $199 at Uncrate in December, from $360. NBC Select flagged Staub Dutch ovens at "up to 50%" off in October. Anything near $200 is the real deal.

Cosori TurboBlaze 6 qt (#1, Best Air Fryers): $90. Amazon had it at $89.99 in August, and Cosori sold it direct for $81 with a code in July, both from $120. A $90 "doorbuster" in November is an ordinary Tuesday price.
Ninja Foodi DualZone DZ201 (#2): $120. Amazon sold it for $120, down from $200, in late October 2025 and again in December. It was still $160 in April. Buy at $120 or less, whatever the calendar says.
Breville Smart Oven Pro BOV845 (#1, Best Toaster Ovens): about $210. It was $209.95 at Amazon in March, from $270, and hit about $190 at Amazon over Thanksgiving weekend 2023. Treat $210 as fair and $190 as a buy-now price.
Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro (#3 air fryer): $320. Amazon had it at $319.95 on October 1, from $399.95. That's already the bar.
